Bad weather returns to Tuscany. As explained by the Tuscany Weather Center, atmospheric pressure is temporarily dropping due to the passage of a fast disturbance, expected to affect the area mainly on Tuesday. For this reason, a yellow alert has been issued, valid for the entire regional territory, from midnight to 6 PM on Tuesday, August 25.

Tuesday, as explained by the Region, will be characterized by scattered precipitation, mainly thunderstorms. The phenomena will be more frequent during the night and early morning hours, progressively affecting the coast towards the inland areas.

During the afternoon, thunderstorms may continue especially in the inland areas. Accumulations will be difficult to pinpoint precisely, but locally they could reach 60-80 millimeters. During the most intense phenomena, precipitation could reach 40-60 millimeters per hour.
Strong wind gusts and local hailstorms will be possible.
