This is reported by Codacons, which monitored the price lists communicated by operators to Mimit. Analyzing the prices applied between yesterday and today along the highway network, it is discovered that on three routes diesel in full service is close to 2.9 euros per liter: on the A11, A12, and A21 a liter of diesel is sold at 2.899 euros, while gasoline costs over 2.7 euros/liter. Among the most expensive cities in Italy is also Tuscany with Prato.
Overall, on 13 highways, the price of diesel at some stations exceeds 2.8 euros per liter: 2.874 euros on the A4 Milan-Brescia, 2.864 euros on the Naples Ring Road, 2.859 euros on the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto and A22 Brenner-Modena, 2.844 euros on the A8/A26 Branch, 2.839 euros on the A1 Milan-Naples, 2.829 euros on the A15 Parma-La Spezia and A24 Rome-L’Aquila, 2.819 euros on the A13 Bologna-Padua, 2.814 euros on the A5 Aosta-Quincinetto. Then there are records of over 3 euros per liter for special diesel, which reaches 3.048 euros on the A4 Venice-Trieste and 3.019 euros on the A21 Turin-Piacenza, Codacons highlights.
On the regular network, however, some stations have started to report prices for normal diesel above 3.1 euros per liter in full service: this is the case of Belvedere di Spinello in the province of Crotone, which according to the latest update communicated to Mimit sells a liter of diesel at 3.189 euros, while the “Oro Diesel” diesel is indicated at 3.269 euros/liter. Another unusual case is that of 6 Ip distributors located in the province of Cuneo, which reported a price of normal diesel equal to 3.103 euros/liter. Numbers on which Mimit must clarify to understand whether they are communication errors or actual prices charged to motorists – states the association.
Also on the regular network, full service diesel has reached 2.999 euros per liter in Torella dei Lombardi, in the province of Avellino; 2.997 euros/liter in Prato; 2.899 euros/liter in Petralla (Pa), 2.896 euros/liter in Atessa (Ch).
