A batch of Fiorucci brand wurstel has been recalled from the market due to the possible presence of allergens not indicated on the label.

The product
The report comes from the Ministry of Health, which published it on the portal dedicated to safety warnings and food recalls carried out by sector operators. The measure concerns Suillo Fiorucci wurstel, marketed in 250-gram packages.
The product is manufactured and packaged for Cesare Fiorucci S.p.A. by the food company Salumificio Scarlino s.r.l., in the Ugento plant, in the province of Lecce. The recall concerns lot number 160926LM, with an expiry date set for September 16, 2026.

The recall
According to the notice dated June 5, 2026, the recall was arranged as a precautionary measure directly by the producer after internal self-monitoring checks, which revealed the possible presence of casein, an allergen not reported on the label of the affected wurstel.
