Renewal of concessions to Sintermar, the process has started

The campaign for the release and renewal of state property concessions by the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea Port System Authority continues. On the institutional website of the Palazzo Rosciano entity, notices have indeed been published concerning the renewal of two separate authorizations requested by Sintermar. Both are signed by manager Fabrizio Marilli.

The first concerns the use, until December 31, 2028, of state property surfaces totaling 47,510 square meters located in the Port of Livorno, specifically at the West Bank of the Tuscan Dock, for the purpose of managing a terminal intended for ro/ro and ro/pax traffic, in implementation of the operational program presented within the procedure. The notice will remain published for thirty days, until August 14, also on the registers of the Municipalities of Livorno and Piombino, as well as in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region and on the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport website.

The second concerns the use, also until December 31, 2028, of state property surfaces totaling 24,950 square meters, located in the Port of Livorno, specifically along Galvani and Leonardo da Vinci Streets and the Industrial Canal, for the purpose of maintaining and managing – synergistically with the adjacent privately owned areas – a single terminal complex for the handling, storage, and warehousing of ro/ro, trailers, new/used cars, and finally, various goods and containers, in implementation of the operational program presented within the procedure. The concession also allows maintaining a railway siding connecting the Livorno Porto Nuovo station and the privately owned areas located on Via Galvani.

The notice, in addition to being on the institutional website of the Palazzo Rosciano entity, will remain published

on the registers of the Municipalities of Livorno and Piombino, until August 14, as well as in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region and on the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport website.
