PESCARA. Former footballer Andrea Camplone underwent surgery after suffering a cardiac arrest yesterday late afternoon while playing padel on a court in Montesilvano (Pescara).

The former captain of the Pescara football team, 60 years old, was assisted by a doctor present and then by 118 emergency personnel. Transported to the hospital, he underwent hemodynamic surgery; his condition is stable, but the prognosis is still reserved (here are the updates).
During his career, he also coached in Tuscany, Arezzo in the 2020/2021 season.
