SIENA. At the bottom of a swimming pool inside a hotel facility in Castellina in Chianti (Siena), the body of a young man was found this morning.

The body was reportedly found by an employee of the facility itself and, from an initial reconstruction, it does not appear to be a hotel guest. Firefighters’ diving unit personnel are awaited for the recovery and removal of the body.
Meanwhile, investigations continue to identify the person and to investigate the incident by the carabinieri, with the causes of death currently all open.
On site are firefighters, carabinieri, and rescue vehicles, who could do nothing but confirm the young man’s death.
