From Thursday, June 4, final year students can finally know the names of the external examiners for the 2026 Maturità. The Ministry of Education and Merit has indeed made all commissions available online, searchable via the dedicated internal engine both by institution and by name.

How many students will be involved
For this exam session, 527,607 graduating students are called to the test, of which 513,479 are internal and 14,128 are external. The total commissions are 13,989, for a total of 27,884 classes involved.
The first test on June 18
The calendar remains as already announced: it starts on Thursday, June 18 with the Italian written test, which is the same for all specializations.

The reform: leaner and always mixed commissions
The 2026 Maturità is the first to apply the reform that came into force in recent months. The commissions remain mixed, but their composition changes:
- two internal examiners,
- two external examiners,
- an external president, whose names had already been published in previous weeks.
The previous model provided for six members, now reduced to four plus the president.
