La Fenice Pizzeria Contemporanea in Pistoia wins the title of best pizzeria in Tuscany for 2026, according to the 50 Top Pizza Italia guide. The establishment led by Manuel Maiorano also distinguished itself nationally, climbing to 18th place in the Italian ranking, an improvement of three positions compared to the last edition.

The Pistoia pizzeria was also awarded the “Best Customer Satisfaction 2026 Federgroup Award”, a recognition dedicated to the quality of the experience offered to customers. «La Fenice flies higher and higher. This year too, La Fenice was awarded by the 50 Top Pizza guide, but this time the recognitions leave us speechless: 18th place among the 100 best pizzerias in Italy, best pizzeria in Tuscany, special Best Customer Satisfaction award. Results that fill us with pride, but the truth is that none of this would be possible without our incredible staff, who work alongside us with tireless passion, and without you who choose us every day», the staff of the establishment wrote.
The others in the ranking
The ranking of the best Italian pizzerias (top 50 positions) also includes Apogeo by Massimo Giovannini, in Pietrasanta, which takes 22nd place. In 28th place is Giotto by Marco Manzi, in Florence. The Florentine pizza maker wanted to share his satisfaction with the result with his audience, emphasizing the daily work behind each pizza and the journey built together with his team.

Also in the ranking is ‘O Scugnizzo, of the Police family, in Arezzo, which is positioned in 33rd place. Forty-fourth position, however, for Giovanni Santarpia in Florence. Also representing Florence in the ranking is Il Vecchio e il Mare, led by Pasquale Naccari, which ranked 46th.
