The cheese subject to the measure is packaged in 200-gram trays and identified by batch L126G22, with an expiration date of 05/09/2026. The production of the gorgonzola was carried out by Granarolo Spa for Centrale del Latte d’Italia Spa at the Casalino (Novara) plant, located at via dell’Industria 25 and marked with the health mark IT T616G UE.
