Leading the gastronomic offer will be a top Tuscan chef: Enrico Bartolini, born in Pescia and originally from Castelmartini (Pistoia), among the most awarded in Italy, who can count a total of 14 Michelin stars, including the three assigned to the Mudec restaurant in Milan.
The creations
As he told Corriere della Sera, to shape the new Milanese restaurant, Bartolini drew directly from the creative identity of the Dior maison. The chef’s work started from consulting the archives of Avenue Montaigne, where he analyzed collections, materials, tones, and distinctive motifs of the fashion house, transforming those inspirations into elements of the cuisine.
Among the dishes offered are the Signature Risotto, with red beets and gorgonzola sauce, the Fleury Tartare, and the Fraise Citron Creamy dessert. The Grand Soir Chocolat dessert, on the other hand, pays homage to the historic headquarters of the maison at number 30 Avenue Montaigne.

The menu
The menu includes a total of twelve dishes, distributed among appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts. Three new proposals will be periodically added to renew the offer. In the afternoon, the restaurant will also offer an étagère with ten tastings, five sweet and five savory, to be enjoyed with champagne or other beverages. For dinner, a five-course tasting menu will be available.
The staff
Bartolini will be able to count on a team chosen to support him in the new Milanese adventure. Dior has in fact entrusted the main operational roles of the restaurant to Giuseppe Allegretta, who will be the resident chef, Monica Biella, appointed general manager, and Matteo Inzaina, who will be responsible for the dining room.
